Aeolian of Vesta - Outer City

Aeolian of Vesta is a private project about a subterranean asteroid mining colony on the verge of destruction. This scene is on the outer edge of one of the atmosphere pockets inside the colony. This represents an area of tight government control and low socioeconomic status.
